KooLoader is an all-in-one free download manager application which increases your downloading experience by adding an adaptive download accelerator, segmented downloads for acceleration, an astounding number of simultaneous downloads. When you copy any download URL, it will prompt KooLoader to automatically paste it into its window and simply hitting OK will start the download.

KooLoader has a scheduler, which is good feature by which you can download at times you chose and specify. Apart from this you have the ability to establish the maximum number of segments and the maximum number of simultaneous downloads.

It also features resume support which means it can resume broken downloads that had been interrupted on account of  lost connections, network breakdown or system shutdowns saving files you downloaded up to then.

The user interface is very simple making it very easy for use. The program offers support for Internet Explorer, Firefox and other browsers.
